Welcome to Renée Hope Coaching, operated by Renée Hope Cooper LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at reneehopecooper.com, scheduling a strategy call, enrolling in any program, joining our email list, engaging with our chat widget, or opting in to receive SMS/text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2. Services Offered
Renée Hope Coaching provides leadership communication coaching, speech empowerment training, group workshops, keynote speaking, private consulting, youth empowerment programs, and related educational content. Our services are delivered in person, online, and via recorded or live digital formats.
All service offerings, pricing, availability, and formats are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.
3. SMS & Text Messaging — A2P Compliance
Renée Hope Coaching uses an Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging system to communicate with clients and prospective clients via SMS/MMS. By providing your mobile phone number through any form, chat widget, booking tool, or opt-in on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us.
Types of messages you may receive:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Program onboarding and coaching session updates
- Promotional messages about coaching programs, workshops, and speaking events
- Responses to inbound inquiries submitted via our chat widget or contact forms
- Community and event announcements
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month, though frequency may be higher during active program enrollment or event periods.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any service from Renée Hope Coaching. You may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to purchase or access our programs.
Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and US Cellular.
4. Chat Widget & Live Messaging
Our website may feature a chat widget powered by a third-party customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). By using the chat widget, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Information you submit via the chat widget — including your name, email address, phone number, and message content — is collected and stored by us and our platform provider.
- Conversations initiated through the chat widget may be continued via email or SMS if you provide contact details.
- Our team may respond during business hours. Chat responses are not guaranteed to be immediate or real-time.
- By submitting your phone number in the chat widget, you consent to receive follow-up communications via SMS as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
- Chat data may be used to improve service quality, respond to your inquiry, or fulfill a service you have requested.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
Payment for coaching programs, workshops, and other services is due at the time of enrollment or as otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Due to the nature of digital and personalized coaching services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in the sole discretion of Renée Hope Cooper LLC, or as required by applicable law. If you have questions about our payment terms prior to enrollment, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs — including course materials, frameworks, worksheets, audio, video recordings, written content, brand names, logos, and the "Ditch the Script. Shift Your Presence. Increase Your Influence." tagline — is the exclusive property of Renée Hope Cooper LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service. Coaching results vary by individual. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Renée Hope Coaching does not provide legal, financial, medical, or psychological therapy services. All coaching content is educational and motivational in nature.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renée Hope Cooper LLC, its principals, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or any communications — including SMS messages — sent through our platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We use third-party tools including but not limited to GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging), Stripe or other payment processors, and Google Analytics. These tools have their own terms of service and privacy policies that apply to your data.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
